Hello, my name is Awatif, I’m a Graphic Designer and Art Director.
I help companies - and individuals - define and refine their brand identity using design, art direction, strategy, and a whole lot of creativity.
Experience
I had the chance of designing the Prescription Lab brand from scratch. I was in charge of maintaining the high-end profile of this Beauty brand and designing the different elements that ensured its life as an innovative and creative brand. My work was broad in its essence as I was to take charge of projects that required from me to be at ease with different aspects of graphic design (web - UI and UX, print, apps, typography, etc.) and have a good command of the creative process. On top of my daily duties I was to make decisions with a "bigger picture" mentality to ensure the brand worked as a whole while staying current.
New Public | Brand Design and Strategy
As Brand Manager, I helped Lumos at a critical time in the company's journey. I helped define a clear brand strategy and made sure that branding was consistent on all platforms and assets in the first few months of implementing the new strategy - ensuring the brand stays relevant and innovative. I also worked on developing content that promotes the vision, mission, and values of the brand with the creative team. This unique (and short) role helped me consolidate my design and management skills greatly.
Lumos | Brand Manager

Prescription Lab | Graphic Designer / Art Director
I was in charge of commercial projects for different brands (Elie Saab, Repetto, Hello Bank, L'Occitane, Garnier, Hyatt and many others) and other in-house projects (digital maps, pop-up websites, newsletters, etc.). There, I also had the chance to work on print, web, packaging, videos, branding and any other out-of-the-ordinary projects.
